My work is rooted in deep listening and embodied presence, moving slowly with what reveals itself in the field. I work with the understanding that many of our personal struggles are connected to the histories of our families. This can become visible in moments when we feel responsible for emotions that are not entirely ours, carry grief with no clear origin, or feel blocked despite many efforts to bring change into our lives. When these patterns are gently brought into awareness and met with grounded presence, something can relax and begin to move.
BACKGROUND & TRAINING
I am a Family Constellations facilitator originally from Lithuania. I bring elements of ceremony and ritual into my work, rooted in ceremonial traditions I have studied and practiced with experienced teachers, supporting connection to nature and deeper rhythms of life.
I hold a BA in Psychology and an MA in Health Psychology from Vilnius University, with professional experience in both individual practice and a mental health rehabilitation setting.
I completed my Family Constellations facilitator training in 2020 with Barbara Morgan, Stephan Hausner and Ty Francis, and have continued to work closely with Barbara Morgan as my supervisor and mentor ever since.
Since then I have facilitated hundreds of constellations in person and online, leading workshops and retreats internationally.
Alongside this work I have continued training in embodiment and soul-oriented practice, including in depth studies with Francis Weller, completing his Apprenticeship With Sorrow, Grief Ritual Leadership Training and Healing Shame courses.
CEREMONY & LINEAGE
Ceremony is a central part of my life and an important foundation of how I work. I carry teachings from the Canadian Indigenous Anishinaabek elders and knowledge keepers, who welcomed me and shared their ceremonial traditions with me over many years. I hold sweat lodge ceremonies and share the teachings that have been passed on to me.
I also walk closely with Mayan ceremonial lineage, which has been an important part of my path since 2012.
This relationship with ceremony sets the ground for how I show up in constellations work and the way I create group spaces.
I love holding workshops and retreats in beautiful places in nature, where community forms and the natural world supports the healing process.
Sitting by the fire and sharing stories or songs is something I find deeply precious in these gatherings.
HOW I WORK
In both individual sessions and group work, there is space to explore repetitive patterns, overwhelming feelings or behaviours that are difficult to understand, challenges in relationships, grief, and questions around direction and potential.
At the center of my work is creating a space where people can arrive as they are and take the time needed to explore what is present.
Sessions unfold at a pace that allows the body and nervous system to settle, supported by attentive listening and shared presence.
''Sessions unfold at a pace that allows the body and nervous system to settle...''
I meet each situation with respect and honesty, allowing the process to unfold in its own time.
I trust that clarity and movement come when things are given attention and care.
At its heart, this work is rooted in an understanding of our deep interrelatedness— that our lives are shaped in relationship.
When we meet one another with honesty and presence, something expands not only within us individually but within the wider field we share.
By witnessing each other’s stories, we come to understand more about our own experience and about what it means to be human.
If this way of working resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out and explore together.

IF YOU ARE NEW TO FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
Family Constellations explores how family relationships and inherited patterns shape our lives, often revealing connections that were previously unseen.
In group workshops, people who often arrive as strangers sit together in a circle and take time to settle in their bodies. Participants may stand as representatives for members of one another’s family systems, listening to what they sense and sharing it. Through this process, hidden dynamics gradually come into view.
Many people are surprised by the insights that arise, and by how quickly resonance, understanding and connection begin to develop within the group.
Individual sessions follow a similar process in a quieter one-to-one setting, using clay figurines on a table or wool floor markers instead of group representatives.
The work unfolds slowly, and each person is invited to engage in the way that feels right for them. Many people leave with new perspective, a sense of relief, and movement where something previously felt stuck or heavy.
You don’t need to prepare in any special way. Coming with openness and a willingness to be present is enough for the work to begin.
If this work resonates with you and you would like to experience it for yourself, you’re welcome to reach out to arrange an individual session or join a workshop. You can write to me at be@soulfulancestry.com and share a little about what brings you here.
